This was the worst check In process I have ever encountered. Do not expect to park anywhere close. We walked a mile to the hotel. The listing states there is public parking close by. This is not true.

I checked into this apartment-hotel using the instructions of obtaining the fob and key code and when I opened the door to my room, there was already someone there inhabiting the room, like living there. I went downstairs to the lobby to see if someone could help me but there was no one there. I had to call hotels.com and was on the phone for an hour to get a refund and book a new hotel at 9 pm at night. I think this apartment-hotel may be a scam.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The first couple of times were fine. The last time I stayed here there was no garbage can, paper towels, hot pads, kitchen towels, sponge, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Minimum basics of condo short stay needs. The toilet clogged on the second day and nobody responded. There was no plunger in the unit. This time, still no kitchen supplies, but there was a random bottle of dandruff shampoo and only 1 partial roll of toilet paper. There’s no AC and no fan. My unit was 85° the entire time. The only window opens about 6". There’s a sliding glass door that opens, but the screen door wouldn’t close all the way. Thankfully I was on the 6th floor because I had to sleep with the door open. This stay was miserable. I did meet one of the lovely maintenance personnel on my way out. He assured me he would pass on my frustrations. Fingers crossed. It’s a great location that feels safe-ish (Seattle). There’s groceries within walking distance. I WANT this place to be my go to for my frequent work travel, it just keeps failing.

Checkin instructions were great! No air conditioning in the room, it was 85 temperature, difficult to sleep without ac. Beds are spring ones, not at all comfortable

Place was clean and quiet. Conveniently located by QFC. Could have used a few more basic kitchen supplies, as I was preparing meals for my hospitalized partner.

This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street.

I have stayed here in the past and the experience wasn’t perfect, but it was decent. This time there were MANY missing things that would’ve made the stay much more comfortable. I understand not providing shampoo and conditioner. This unit came WITHOUT kitchen towels, hot pads, a baking sheet, garbage can, coffee maker, and dish soap. Not to mention, there were only two plates, two bowls, and no glasses. How do you have a couple meals a day without dish soap and only two plates? Silverware and utensils were sparse too. For me, the point of staying in a condo style furnished space is so I can live like I would at home. Not having even the MINIMUM needs made this stay uncomfortable. On top of all of that, every time I turned on the stove (and vent hood) the smoke detector went off. Then, the toilet clogged the second evening. I had to go an entire night until checkout the next day with NO TOILET! I tried contacting the property and nobody returned my message. They still haven’t reached out to try to resolve things with me. Never again.

Everything was absolutely fine. Only a slight oversight that they forgot to add shower gel, but we made do with the hand soap and shampoo at the apartment.

The location is convenient and the studio offered a bed, desk, full kitchen with refridgerator, oven, and dishwasher, and a washer/dryer set. However, the kitchen was very understocked, limited dishware and cookware. The studio got very cold at night. There is a fitness center despite not being advertised at all, though it is small and has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and a small set of free weights. Overall, it served its purpose, but was not a luxurious stay in any way.

The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store and shopping! Overall I would stay again, just wish the convenience items were there.

Room was trashed when we arrived, and there was no one to contact via phone or at the property until the next morning. Had to get a different hotel for the length of our stay. Wasn’t able to reach anyone til after 2pm the next day. Was told “we were given the wrong room” even tho it had been assigned week in advance…. And that a refund will take 7-10 business days so hopefully it’s sooner rather than later :/ Also parking that we paid for isn’t something they’ll reimburse us for so we’re out $40 more for that.

After 24 hours, I discovered this unit has bed bugs. Other inadequacies included dirty towels, not enough pillows or dishes for 2 people, no coffee maker or other coffee making method, and overall lack of cleanliness. There is no way to communicate with management other than texting. They sent me the check-in instructions 2 hours late. 72 hours have passed and management still has not responded about the cleanliness problem. They made no meaningful effort to address the customer's concerns.
