Light Rail station six blocks away provides quick trips to University District, downtown, stadiums, or SeaTac airport. This light-filled home has an updated kitchen, a lovely fenced and pet-friendly backyard with raspberries, grapes and pears in season. Green Lake Park is a 10-minute walk away and numerous excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs are all just blocks away. Off-street parking, too!

This is an adorable house in a fun and hip neighborhood, close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It took us a minute to figure out how the downstairs bed goes from a daybed to a king bed and once we accomplished that, everything was perfect.

Loved this house and definitely will be checking for availability on future trips. Clean and comfortable rooms, all the kitchen amenities you could ask for, laundry, parking, and so close to restaurants, grocery, and the light rail. Bonus friendly neighborhood cat, Kevin. Note that if you have any mobility issues there are stairs to navigate unless you plan on going through the garage and staying downstairs.

Very comfortable home in charming Roosevelt. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Easy check in, very communicative. The yard is fully fenced and pet friendly which was very important to us.
