About this house rental
This is a large unit in a multifamily building. Entry floor has a spacious a living room, kitchen, and powder room. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a huge den (which can also be used as a sleeping area -- Aero bed air mattress included) and a full bathroom.
Just blocks from Fremont, and less than a block from the 28 bus stop, this location is great for exploring Seattle!
Pets count as a guest and will be charged a $175 cleaning fee per pet. All cancelations will be charged 3% of any charged amounts to cover transaction processing costs.
Laundry is $4/load (including soap) in shared location. Patio and all outside areas are also shared. Street parking is not too difficult and free, paid parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
- No shoes on the carpet/rugs
- Pets count toward total number of adult guests. Include them in both adult count AND pet counts.
- An extra $175 fee (per pet) will be billed -- please be aware that Airbnb only automatically adds fee for 1 pet
- Reservation change fee of $75 for changes including late checkout or early checkin (subject to availability)
- Excessive cleaning will be billed, including smoking cleaning fee of $100
- Please use OLD washcloths and towels for spills. We like to keep the NICE towels in tip top shape
- Laundry is $4.00 per load and in a shared space. (Venmo Mcvap-enterprises) DO NOT lock or deadbolt that area
- Please use a separate bag for recycling

Stayed a week at the house… great neighbors, super easy check-in/check-out process, and awesome location. Charming home - older but clean. Very dog friendly. Good Wi-Fi - was able to work from the den easily all week. Easy communications with the owner - overall a great stay. Thank you!

This house is an older house and therefore has some quirks to the layout and operation of some items. For instance the hot water in the shower took a very long time to heat.
Despite that, it was a comfortable, clean, and well furnished space with great proximity to Fremont restaurants and groceries. Plus, they allow pets! I would stay there again.

The home is an old home but that adds charm to the place. The layout is fun and the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings.
My only complaint was the water/shower. The hot water ran low in the kitchen and took a very long time to heat up upstairs (very common in older homes). The shower was a high pressure but with very fine streams. This almost hurt when it hit you in sensitive places. The beds we're comfortable and there were extra blankets. The kitchen was good. I loved the location and I love ce that they allowed pets. If you don't mind the quirks of an old home, I recommend this rental.

This is a great location, but the property is not well appointed or laid out. We found the site to be somewhat shabby, and unfortunately wound not choose to stay here again. We had to request check in instructions on the day of or stay by reaching out to VRBO admin after the property manager did not send them as scheduled nor respond to direct messages.
