New to VRBO, but we have been on Airbnb for years - 4.8 stars! Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the University of Washington campus, fabulous outdoor University Village shopping and dining, and convenient bus or light rail service to downtown. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, you will find all the comforts of home. New mattresses as of Spring 2021! There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the first floor unit.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! The home is super clean and comfortable. Great laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Cozy living room. Great communication with hosts. Amazing location! Close walk to shopping, coffee, restaurants, bus, and light rail. Our first time to Seattle as we helped our son get settled at U. of Washington. For five days we walked, road the bus, the light rail, and the monorail, exploring the U District, the university campus, downtown, Seattle Center, Pikes Market, China Town, Pioneer Square, Capital Hill, Green Lake, and we went to a Seattle Reign game and hiked the Cougar Mountain Wildland Park - all without a car! Absolutely blown away by the city. And this home was a perfect "home base." Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood! It was a very close drive to everything we needed - grocery stores and delicious restaurants - and attractions we wanted to visit. There is also a great local coffee shop just a short block’s walk. The place was very clean, which is a comfort in itself and the beds were very comfortable. This was a great place to stay for my family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Next time we want to visit Seattle, we will surely be back!

Three of us came to town for three nights, taking the light rail from the nearby station to various spots was super easy. We were lucky to enjoy dinner warm weather and the nearby park was wonderful—a true sanctuary. Easy communication with owner, comfortable place.

We needed a place to stay to watch a collegiate ultimate frisbee tournament at the University of Washington. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. One bedroom with a queen for another couple, and a single bed for me. The place was a little over a mile from UW and the playing fields. It was also walking distance from a number of nice restaurants and bars.

A well furnished apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortably firm mattresses. Great location on a quiet street, with convenient access to the University of Washington campus and UW Medicine Montlake Hospital (which was the focus of our visit.) Nearby Ravenna Park is a great place to walk or run, and the nearly endless Burke-Gillman Trail is also close at hand for walking or bike riding. Two grocery stores within a mile, and lots of restaurant options as well. Friendly and helpful host. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone planning a Seattle visit.

We had 6 adults all staying for a convention in town! Check in was easy and quick. They live upstairs and have such a cute pup who kindly welcomed us home from the window😁 checkout was also fairly easy. The driveway to walk up is VERY steep and slippery when wet. We barely made it up, so be aware of that! Otherwise the place was clean and stocked with what we needed. Very odd layout, but cute!

We stayed here when taking our teenagers to visit UW. It's a lovely, quiet apartment within easy walking distance of campus. With the pullout bed in the family room each kid got their own place to sleep, which they appreciated. It was also great to have access to a washer/dryer. This was perfect for our family. Well appointed. Appreciated the washer/dryer and sleeping options. Stocked kitchen was nice for cooking in. We enjoyed taking Lime Scooters to the nearby Roosevelt Station to take the light rail to Westgate or University Street stations for easy access to everything downtown!

This is the place to stay in the University area. Our host Libby is quick to reply to any question. The unit has everything you need for a family stay. Libby has stocked the unit with extra towels, washer and dryer plus detergent, and a complete kitchen as well. I highly recommend this spacious unit near the University Place.

Great space for our little family. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Easy and safe street parking made this a perfect spot to start various day adventures with our toddler and infant. The host (Libby) was extremely accommodating and responsive. If hearing occasional footsteps above you is a deal breaker then don’t stay here. But if you’ve ever lived in an apartment it won’t be a bother. Can’t recommend this place enough for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. A couple of things I would mention to other visitors. Other reviews mention noise from above -- we could hear some moving about, but it wasn't bothersome to us. Also, the (lovely) neighborhood is quite hilly. There is a parking space available if you have a car. If you are going to be using public transportation or if you have trouble walking or something, note that it is a little bit of a hike over to University Way to catch the bus. The walkway up to the house was quite steep also. We were fine, but if we had an elderly parent with us it would have been an issue -- as would be the internal stairs between levels. Again -- not an issue for us at all, but just wanted to mention to a future guest who might want to bring an elderly parent with them. We had a lovely stay and would happily stay again!
