Main Level:
Kitchen: Features rich wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy ample seating for six at the dining table.
Living Area: The inviting space includes comfortable furniture and a 32-inch LCD TV, perfect for unwinding. Step out onto the balcony off the living/dining area to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the ocean views.
Upper Level:
Master Bedrooms: Two spacious master suites each feature a king-size bed, LCD TV, and a private bath. One bath includes a separate tub and shower, while the other has a shower only.
Lower Level:
Third Bedroom: Includes two twin beds and is conveniently located near a full bath on the entry level.
Family Room: This additional gathering space offers a queen sofa sleeper, overstuffed chairs, DVD player, iPod docking station, and access to a private patio with seating, a table, and a grill.

Great location to access the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. Also a convenient 10 minute walk to event parking/drop off for the PGA Heritage golf tournament if you are there to attend.

This is a great little spot for a family vacation! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and of course the proximity to the beach. Comfortable beds and nice to have laundry accessible and fully stocked kitchen. My only constructive feedback is that the air ducts need cleaned and the place needs a good deep clean (which would probably be helped by an air duct cleaning). Also, the bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom with the bathtub is old and broken. A previous guest from a while ago commented on this and I was surprised to find that it still hasn't been replaced, especially so the owner can protect the property from mold/mildew growth in the bathroom. Overall, this is a great place to stay, it just needs a little TLC in the deep cleaning department.

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.
