This luxury 3 king bed with 3 full bath Desert Sweet Spot is perfect for a couples' or friends' getaway or a working flexcation.
This luxurious 3 king bedroom condo is furnished with plush linens, three full bathrooms (two are en suite), a stocked kitchen with a coffee (drip, Keurig, French Press, and milk frother) and tea bar, dishes and utensils, stemware and champagne flutes, cookware, bakeware, Crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, and blender. The patio overlooking the stunning lake and golf course has a gas BBQ with dining and lounge seating, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and enjoying your sunset cocktail. Super fast WiFi, a mobile electric sit/stand desk with dual monitors and wireless keyboard/mouse allows you to work remotely from any room for a change of scenery and privacy when needed. Palm Valley is known for its two pristine 18-hole Ted Robinson-designed golf courses (golfers can use our custom golf cart and as our Platinum Membership guests, have full access to the meticulous Palm Valley courses). Parking
There is one garage space (golf cart has the other), two private driveway spaces, and plenty of street parking. Community Security monitors guest vehicles, therefore, no unregistered guests nor vehicles are allowed.
VRBO Cancellations
The 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable from the Stripe Credit Card Processor. Cancellation refunds will be minus the 4% credit card fee.

1. Guest reserving stay must be at least 25 yrs old with valid and uploaded picture ID. Front door security camera will be used to ensure that the responsible individual making the reservation is the person who is checking in and staying.
2. Maximum number of guests is 6 at any time. City and Palm Valley regulations do not allow for more than 2 guests per bedroom, and this is closely monitored by security.
3. Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the property.
4. No smoking.
5. No pets.
6. No parties or loud music. Noise levels are monitored and respect for our neighbors is priority.
7. Liability waivers, Palm Desert and HOA Good Neighbor Guidelines must be signed at booking.

This stay exceeded all expectations—truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The house itself was absolutely amazing: beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with so many extra amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and seamless. It felt like every detail had been considered, from the cozy touches to the well-equipped spaces that made it easy to relax and enjoy.What really set this experience apart, though, was Kara. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay. Communication was smooth and easy, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, elevated getaway.

The place was awesome from the big things…3 king beds to little details like games for kiddos and adults. We stayed here with our 2 kids (7 and 3) and had a fantastic time.Golf cart, pickle ball, and more….Kara was communicative and very accommodating .We look forward to visiting this great rental again soon.

We loved at time at the Desert Palm resort. The condos 3 king size beds and 3 full bathrooms made our stay for 3 couples perfect. We made a shrimp boil one night and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There were also plenty of spices available. The host provided plenty of toiletries, beach towels and laundry products. The views ftom the patio were spectacular. We loved exploring the grounds in the golf cart. Golf was not available anywhere in the area as they apparently reseed all courses this time of year. We used the pool and hot tub daily and traveled a short distance to Palm Springs for dinner and for the street festival one night. We also took the tram to the top of San Jacinto Mt one day. We would definitely return to this condo again.
