Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
Interaction with Guests:
An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.

Beautiful location! Retro condo that reminds you of Old Hollywood. Excellent communication, easy check-in and out. Quiet, safe community. Loved sitting on the patio with our coffee watching the ducks & golfers on the course!

The unit was very dated but on a beautiful golf course. There were many problems. The BBQ igniter did not work, rail on shower door coming off, plastic fake ceiling piece in kitchen fell on floor, refrigerator had leak inside, no TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms, no dish soap provided, nor soap for kitchen sink or. Bathroom sinks. The house had an odor.
