This picturesque setting truly has it all...listen to the tranquil sounds of the nearby waterfall as you relax on the private patio, and be prepared to soak in the serene mountain and fairway views beneath the painted desert sky.
A large open and spacious floor plan is impeccably furnished, featuring a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, newly tiled floors, marble fireplace, full wet bar, wine fridge,custom paint, ceiling fans throughout, plantation shutters and an enclosed private patio. There is also a bonus fitness room. There is a big screen TV in the living room as well as additional TV's in the primary bedroom, guest bedroom and kitchen.

Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
Interaction with Guests:
An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
