Hotel Gołębiewski Wisła

Our stay in the hotel was lovely, we especially enjoyed the waterpark with spa area( saunas and salt room) , I liked the conference that I attended. Great selection of food choices ( I even had massless), even my gluten free daughter was able to choose some meals , she is usually a very fussy eater. Thank you very much to the restaurant manager for a personal pack of gluten free cookies. However for a very fussy eater is probably better to try a green restaurant with even more personal approach. Our stay was extended by 3 hrs as a bonus free of charge, that meant more water park experience, which is very much appreciated. We also loved bowling.

Well , sleeping on sofa was not very comfortable for me as I am quite tall ( also my daughters are rather tall, so would have probably had the same problem), but it was still acceptable. Beds seemed to be comfortable , my daughters did not complain.

Nice place, far from the main road and in same time close to city center, taste food and nice view from the restaurant, clean, heated pools, entertainment for children

Only entrance to swimming pool through the big aqua zone inside building - no way just come to pool from outside, this way if you have baby carriage need to ask on lobby call to pool bodyguard to open backdoor outside and the ramp on this backdoor have very high angle so that one person cant pull the baby carriage here so another person helps and go long way around through aqua zone cuz only one can come with carriage, and its not safe especially with wet feet. there is no trash basket in room excepts small in lavatory room, no ashtray on balcony. no ramp and elevator to -1 floor gaming zone, so baby carriage had to bring by stairs. gaming zone extra charged. parking extra charged. aqua zone, pool and some other features not only for visitors and can be used by guests thats why lot of guests from city during weekend

Dinner during the week disappointing, from Friday and on weekends then really very good. Breakfast omelettes very good, absolute recommendation. Room size big enough, friendly personal at the reception with problem solving skills.

I found the scenting in the rooms, corridors and in the elevator disturbing and unacceptable for allergy sufferers. Does this artificial chemistry have to be sprayed everywhere? Every building has its own smell and that's normal and o.k. At the Tropicana swimming pool, some small touch-up work would make it look even more positive. But overall its a nice area.

We booked our stay specifically so my young daughter could enjoy the water slides. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a pleasant family vacation was severely ruined by the aggressive and unprofessional behavior. The staff member began screaming at her aggressively forbidding her from sliding. It appeared his complaint was related to her swimwear. My daughter wears full-coverage Islamic swimwear, which is proper swimming attire that she has used at numerous water parks worldwide without any issues. Because of the fabric, her descent was slightly slower. Instead of showing basic understanding, offering technical guidance, or seeking assistance from an English speaker, he chose to repeatedly intimidate a young child.
