About this house rental
This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the sea. Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended. The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.

Een fantastisch appartement tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het appartement bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen, met de woonkamer en keuken met een ruim terras boven en het slaapgedeelte met klein balkon beneden. Het appartement met hoge afwerking ligt rustig boven op een berg en dat geeft een mooi uitzicht op zee. Het is wel een steile rit naar boven met de auto van ongeveer 5 minuten, maar dit went snel. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke relax vakantie en mooi centraal gelegen voor leuke uitstapjes naar onder andere Javea. Zeer aan te bevelen voor gezinnen en voor volwassenen tot 4 personen. En bij aankomst een lekker flesje wijn en water. Hartelijk dank en complimenten aan de eigenaar van het appartement.

In de beschrijving staat dat er o.a. een citruspers, magnetron, keukenmachine, broodrooster aanwezig zouden moeten zijn, helaas…. De inventaris is heel summer. Het huis is mooi, zo ook het uitzicht. De tv kunnen we niet bedienen, ook niet met behulp van de eigenaar.
