Vacation home for 4 people with a private pool in the Maryvilla neighborhood, Calpe

This comfortable villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood, about 500 m from PUERTO BLANCO, which features a small cove (sandy beach). The house faces south/east, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. There are 2 restaurants nearby (within walking distance), and shops in town, approximately 1–2 km away.
The 75-square-meter apartment on the upper floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, living room, kitchen, sunroom (dining area), and a covered terrace.
The first floor remains closed off.
Surrounding the fenced 8 x 4 m pool with stairs is an open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the gated property, there is a garage and a parking space.
Cleaning fee: 100€, electricity charged based on usage.
