The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 10th floor, ocean view, 1-bedroom apartment located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 4 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the left is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sinks, mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom. Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the left side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, 52 inch cable TV, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a bedroom door for privacy. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious, and features endless, Southern views of the ocean. The 10th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with a 52 inch TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. It is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Overall our stay was great!! The room was clean and nicely laid out. The owner provides basic cookware and utensils so that helped out on budgeting. My only dislike was the bed, to me and my husband it didn't sleep good at all. I was constantly waking up during the night because I kept rolling & sinking into the center of the bed. It just seemed very wore out to me. The majority of the people at the hotel were considerate of other guests and friendly. I was unaware that an ice machine wasn't available for guests at The Palace and the front desk lady was a bit rude when I asked her if there was an ice machine on site until our room fridge/ice maker had time to dispense ice. We didn't let her or her rudeness ruin our trip though. They have security walking the grounds during the day and at night to keep everything under control and family friendly. The hot tubs & pools were clean, you could tell they were maintained daily. I would recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for a nice, pleasant & decent place to stay. We will consider returning to this location and staying in room #1009 in the future as long as an upgrade has been made to the bed.
