Feel free to pack light as this condo is equipped with all necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, pillows, quilts, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, silverware, coffee pot, toaster and more!
As of 2024, this space was freshly painted and a new couch and dining room table were installed!
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. It is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! The room is perfect for 2 and the bedroom/kitchen space have been updated well. You get a great ocean view from way up high. The room does look exactly as pictured in the main post and having the stove, oven, full fridge and dishwasher were super helpful. The bathroom shower/tub needs some updating though. The water pressure was very low and the drain seemed to clog up easily with no hair in it. Perhaps this is on hotel though as the hotel is very outdated compared to the room itself. Getting into the room was a little confusing as the code provided had changed the day we arrived from when it was sent but the property management was very quick to respond and help. I would stay in another unit owned by this property manager but in a more updated hotel next time - especially during an event weekend when prices spike.

Perfect for just the two of us. Clean and quiet. Besides some late night fireworks. Property manager responded quickly when refrigerator was working upon arrival and sent up a working mini fridge for our use. Close to many cute mom and pop restaurants and souvenir shops.
