Welcome to our house at the tip of Penchateau in Le Pouliguen. An ideal location to enjoy Le Pouliguen and La Baule and discover the wild coast.
2 steps from the Nau beach and 20 minutes walk from the covered market and the port, the typical house of the region is located in a quiet and family area.
Completely renovated in 2023, and with 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is composed of a large living room and a large fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room with WC and 1 separate WC.
The garden with its 2 terraces and free parking in the residence complete the whole.
All the equipment is new (household appliances, bedding, crockery, household linen, etc.).
An ADSL wifi box will allow you to telework easily if you wish.
