A "Bauloise 1920" style house with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, recently redecorated, furnished, and fully equipped.
The house, spread over two floors, is laid out as follows:
- Second level:
* living area featuring a fully equipped open kitchen (multifunction oven, Nespresso coffee maker, and drip coffee maker, dishwasher), a dining area for 6 people, and a living room with a TV, DVD player, and high-speed internet connection
* The living area opens onto a small east-facing balcony, ideal for breakfast in the sun
* A master bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, a walk-in closet, and a sink
* Separate restroom
- On the first level:
* a double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a closet
* a children’s bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and a closet
* a shower room with a toilet
* a garage (large enough for bicycles but not a car) equipped with a washing machine and a dryer
- Outdoor area:
* a patio furnished with a table and 6 chairs, BBQ, and a beach umbrella
* garden with a bench, coffee table, lounge chairs, and lighting
* bike shed
The garden driveway can accommodate a medium-sized car.
The house faces the Bois du Pouliguen and is located 200m from the market, the harbor with its shops and restaurants, and 200m from Nau Beach.

We've been going to Le Pouliguen for a few years and this is the best rental we've had. It's amazingly well located, walkable distance to the town centre and to the beach, it's spacious, bright, well equipped, we'll certainly come back!

Une maison rénovée avec goût et lumineuse avec une jolie vaisselle, idéalement située, proche commerces, plage et face au bois.
Il manquait des petits basiques d'équipements que nous avons signalé à la conciergerie.
Nous conseillons vivement cette location !
