2 of my adult children and their families stayed for a week---11 people in all. We visited for 2 dinners, and were very pleased with all of the aspects of this home---the layout was perfect and the view and proximity to the ocean ideal. We would highly recommend Cats' Paws!

Great location, house is beautiful and the layout of house was good , everyone had their space . Loved being right on the beach , screen in porch was awesome, I do suggest that someone looks at the bunk beds , they are loose and are not sturdy . I would definitely rent this house again .

Great house on the beach in an awesome Duck neighborhood. The only area for attention in the house is the screen porch which could use additional cleaning.
The Climb down to the beach, over the dune was steep so you need to be in good shape. The stairs down (if they are there) have long since been covered by sand. There are neighborhood access that are near you could use for beach access.
Great easterly view. Saw a gorgeous sunrise drinking a cup of coffee from LR window.
The dunes are high in this area of Duck so we couldn’t see the beach from the house.
All in all I would rent this house again.
