This exquisite house perfectly captures the essence of coastal living. Nestled in the charming town of Duck, it offers a unique blend of comfort and coastal charm.
Top level: Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the property's beautiful curb appeal and the gentle ocean breezes that grace the area. This house features a spacious, open floor plan, designed to maximize living space and natural light. The living area is adorned with large windows offering panoramic views of the natural beauty. The large kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island as a focal point for culinary endeavors. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating an inviting space for entertaining family and friends. There is a wet bar and a half bathroom on this level.
Middle Level: The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. The master suite, with its private balcony, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere with a king bed. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower ( jacuzzi tub currently inoperable). You'll also find an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom on this level boasts 2 Queens and 2 Twins (bunk style) with a full-size bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a King bed, full-size bathroom, and access to the deck.
Bottom Level: The rec room has a Sleeper Sofa and a foosball table. For convenience, there is also a full-size bathroom.
Step outside, and you'll discover an oasis of relaxation. The home features a spacious deck to enjoy stunning sunrises and the soothing sound of the nearby waves. The walkway right off the back deck is easy to access the recently re-nourished beach with lots of room to set up for your beach days!
Located in the desirable town of Duck, this property offers the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. With easy access to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean just out your back door, you can indulge in coastal living at its finest.

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Our group of nine adults had a wonderful week! The home has a great deck with amazing views and we took full advantage from sunrise to star gazing in the evenings. Even in the afternoon there was shade so we could maximize our time outside. The walkway to the beach leads to a sloped pathway that proved a little challenging for some in our party but we managed to climb the hill returning to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the credit for the beach gear as we chose a wagon which was helpful to haul our beach gear up the hill. We found the internet strength to be weak most of the time so if you need to be online you'll need to bring a hotspot. The top floor was a great space to gather and we made great use of the bar area near the deck. The kitchen is a bit dated and we found the cooking pans a bit lacking but manageable. Near the latter part of our stay the AC stopped. Property mgmt did their best to assist us. We found some of the bathrooms quite small for adults sharing but could be adequate if you are traveling with children.

Wonderful stay! The house is right on the beach and only 2 miles from
The center of Duck. The home was clean, well appointed and had plenty of space for our party of 7 with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable.
I know everyone comments on the elevator not working and that is inconvenient but not a dealbreaker.
It would be nice if there were some sort of posts to help climb the sand dune back to the house from the beach. It would also be great if a WiFi extender were on the top floor. We spent a lot of time up there and the internet signal was weak with a few devices going. Sometimes we couldn't stream television due to the weak signal.
All said, we had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next stay!

The ocean views and beach access are 5 stars. The house itself needs some updating and editing. We have rented a different house for next year because of this.
