It was a perfect set up for our family and the beach was so close. The rooms were nice. Mattresses need to be updated. In addition the dryer is a fire hazard and washing needs replacing; clothes had oil spots on them. The fan in one of the queen rooms needs replacing/repair. But, we had a wonderful time and the main living area was so spacious.
