Friday to Friday rentals during the prime season, which will save you hours from traffic getting in and out of the island, compared with weekend check ins.
Outside the prime season we are flexible on the length of stay and check in days.
This gorgeous Victorian Mansion sits on a beautifully landscaped large corner property in the heart of the quaint Duck Village, right across the boardwalk with shops and restaurants, and next to the Duck Deli restaurant. A perfect place where you can stroll to everything all week without getting into a car. The Saltaire Estate was built a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic and the largest home in Duck! This beautiful mansion sleeps 14-16, and has an incredible location. The landscaping and trees are so natural that you feel like you are on a lovely countryside estate. Private pool and hot tub are included in your stay and a 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors to access this magnificent 7206 sq. foot property.

All our rentals in Outer Banks have 6 bedrooms and do a Friday-to-Friday changeover day during prime season. Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
Off season we are flexible on any dates.
If Saltaire Estate is not available for your dates, we have two other 6 bedroom properties to choose from. Please feel free to call, txt or email anytime – 303 325 6694. Direct booking discounts are available throughout the year.

The Saltaire was the perfect beach house for my family! It is a spacious, well appointed home, clean and beautiful; close to the beach and to many stores and shops. The owner was very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend this home!

A beautiful Victorian home with all the amenities made for a wonderfully appointed rental. Walking distance to restaurants and shops made things very convenient. If I have a suggestion for future rentals it would be to rent a golf cart to get down to the beach it is more than you can walk with little children or august heat. You can drive a car down w/ private parking as well if you don’t mind some sand in the vehicle. My only quibble was that all the wonderful outdoor activities at the home (games, children’s play activities, putting green) would take a full day of cleaning in order to use. We cleaned the pool chairs, tables which didn’t take much time but the rest of the outdoor equipment remained fairly dirty. That and a regular outdoor exterminator would’ve been ideal. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

Nice property, however, it is listed as beachfront/oceanfront and it is not. the beach is a good 0.5mi walk, which took 15-20min. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
