Beautiful area and neighborhood...disappointed that community park and pool were unavailable. House was a dream come true...would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

One rather significant inconvenience was the fact that the clothes dryer was non functional when we arrived on Saturday for a six day stay, it’s understandable that things like this happen, BUT it took until mid-day Wednesday To fix it 😫

Everything was excellent. Only ding is that we would have like to have known the available amenities. This house had plenty of chairs, corn hole, serving wear, kitchen tools etc but it was listed. We brought too much stuff. Overall a positive though!

Excellent location to the beach. However, I spent some of my time identify problems that need attention. Such as, door locks needed lubrication and sliding doors with a broken lock and bad rollers that required replacement. Also the light bulbs in the garage had to be replaced, the plugs for table lamps were in the wrong socket (some were left on the floor) that kept them from operating from the wall switch. The ceiling fan in the bunk room was turned off at the pull chain and I used the step ladder to get it operating correctly. The router for the internet had to be powered off and then back on to re-established wireless connection. Too many nuisance items that required attention for the price of this rental. Hopefully the family that followed after us enjoyed an event free week.
