About this house rental
This charming 18th-century Norman farmhouse (rated 4 stars), offering over 300 m² of living space with traditional half-timbering, is located in the Eure department of Normandy. It is situated 20 km from Évreux (golf course), 12 km from Verneuil-sur-Avre, and 5 km from Mesnils-sur-Iton, where you will find all necessary shops and services. The property is also less than 20 km from Center Parcs and 45 km from Château du Champ de Bataille.

Two very large living areas (with exposed beams) totaling more than 70 m², featuring:
Two dining tables, one seating 12 guests and the other 8 guests
A lounge area with sofas and armchairs around a functional fireplace

A large fully equipped kitchen including:

Nespresso coffee machine
Kettle

The swimming pool presents a significant risk of drowning. It is equipped with a safety alarm; however, children must always remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
Please note that the swimming pool is closed from November through the end of March.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the rental price for amount of 110€ for the stay. However, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition by:
Washing dishes
Emptying the dishwasher
Sorting and disposing of rubbish in the appropriate bins
Important Note
Bed linen and towels are available as an optional service at €15 per two guests.
They are not automatically included in the rental price in order to give guests flexibility. If you would like to add this option, please let us know when making your reservation.

We are a family of three generations (five adults and four children). We stayed for a week and had the most amazing time. We absolutely loved the property, which is a beautiful old rambling farmhouse. It is clearly a much loved family home with many of the owners’ possessions on display. The swimming pool was large and clean and we all spent many hours enjoying it. The paved area between the house and the pool was perfect for al fresco dining on the two big tables. The shady garden had children’s play equipment and a trampoline. We hope to return one day.

A great quirky property in a lovely peaceful part of France

The size of the property was ideal for our family of 16 (including 3 under 2's!) although the layout of the rooms a little quirky. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was so good as were the grounds.
The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The house is a bit cluttered but full of character. Overall we had a wonderful holiday.
