Paul's Rectory

We offer for rent, the "presbytery of Paul", a cottage of 200 m², in the heart of a park of 7000 m², wooded and peaceful.

Our accommodations are ideal for 12 people + 2 babies.
Former presbytery completely renovated, in the heart of the village of Royville, located less than 20 minutes from the beaches of veules les roses and sainte marguerite sur mer.PGJyPg
The cottage consists of:
•On the first floor: a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with wood stove, a fitted kitchen and a toilet
•On the first floor, you will find:
-A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
-A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an old fireplace
-A bedroom with 2 single bunk beds
-A bedroom with a 140 double bed + 2 single beds.
•On the 2nd floor, you will find the master suite, an open space with dressing room, baby cot, a double bed and 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower.
⚠️ this entire space is open, no door separates the spaces.
A window does not have curtains, so it is not "dark night" in the early morning.

1 travel cot, 2 high chairs are also at your disposal.

You will also enjoy our garden area: a terrace of 70 m² and 7000 m² entirely flowered and wooded!

We provide garden furniture, a Weber barbecue, and a whole range of activities: outdoor games (Molky, petanque, balls, games for children), ping-pong table, bicycles...

You will also have the possibility to fit 2 vehicles in the garage.

🐶🐱🐰Our animal friends are welcome,
⚠️ the garden is not perfectly enclosed, they will have to be under supervision for the duration of your stay.
We also have a small kennel, a small enclosed area with a kennel if you have to leave without the possibility of taking your pet with you.PGJyPg
Traveler access
You have the entire accommodation, receptions or family celebrations can be considered with our agreement.

Other remarks
We impose a flat rate of bed linen and towels: 10€/ single bed, 20€/ double bed, free baby cots.
Beds will be made on arrival.
Rooms not used during your stay will be closed!
