While we are right near the edge of downtown Appleton, you don`t need to worry about college ave night life. Our neighborhood is well established and quiet, with Linwood park just a block away. You can be close to the action with out all the hustle and bustle.
Off street parking can easily accommodate 2 cars with plentiful nearby street parking.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
- Absolutely NO parties. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine.
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. No Cats or other pets without express permission

The Property was as listed and quite comfortable. Quiet neighborhood so it made for a very restful experience. Communication was excellent and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was clean, neat, comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There was good communication with the owner. Great maps on the upstairs walls. Loved the “travel” theme throughout the house.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The house is an older house but has lots of character and is very quaint! Plenty of space and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. My one suggestion would be new mattresses.
