This home has been updated to make your stay comfortable yet still retains much of the character that comes with classic homes near downtown.

Favorites include Carmella’s Italian Bistro for an elegant night out, Basil Café for flavorful Thai and Lao cuisine, and Antojitos Mexicanos for authentic Mexican dishes in a lively setting. For shopping, Fox River Mall offers all the major retailers and restaurants just a short drive away, while downtown Appleton features boutique shops, art galleries, coffee spots, and local makers that give the city its unique charm.

✱Walking distance to Performing Arts Center, Lawrence University, Exhibition Center, and many other downtown attractions!

✱4 bedrooms total! First floor has a spacious bedroom with queen bed and attached half-bathroom! Upstairs boasts three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a twin-sized day bed!
✱Green Bay: 30 minutes. Oshkosh: 20 minutes. Mall: 10 minutes.
Plenty of parking in driveway for up to 3 cars in the driveway with additional street parking on side street along side of house.
Uber and Lyft are also available. The city bus station is downtown with many bus stops near house.
Please note that weather got too cold before new concrete driveway could be poured. The old driveway is seasoned so watch your step as the concrete has settled in various spots. Stay tuned for new driveway and landscaping coming in near future!

The home was advertised to sleep 7 and we had 7 people. Everyone was comfortable but there were not enough coffee cups and untensils, and the kitchen was low on supplies. The owner was excellent at communicating and provided us with an iron as requested. Overall it worked well for sleeping 7 people and the location was convenient for our time in Appleton.

Quaint, small old house that served our needs for our daughter‘s graduation with friends and family. Place was clean and had plenty of provisions. House is located on a busy street, but noise was not obtrusive. Listing states parking for three cars in the driveway, but only if they are small to midsize.

Host was attentive to share information upfront on the property. Good for family or girls weekend. Beds were a bit firm, but fine. Property itself is nice and clean, dropped to 4 stars due to location on somewhat busy street.
