Comfortable 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath ravine lot home. Laundry, gas grill, A/C, wireless access, easy walk to downtown Appleton restaurants and parks. Great neighborhood, great neighbors. Great location next to green space, and close to parks and restaurants. The house is a treasure - with a lot of character. Our hosts were very responsive, friend, and accommodating throughout the process. We'll be back next year for EAA!
