✨Close to EVERYTHING. Downtown : 1 minute drive (10 minute walk). Mall : 8 minutes. Green Bay : 35 minutes. Oshkosh : 25 minutes.
You`ll have access to the entire house. No garage access.
Safe, residential neighborhood right at the north edge of downtown. Walk just a few blocks and you`re on College Ave with loads of restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
Uber and Lyft are available. The city is SUPER easy to navigate if you`re driving yourself.
NO parties. NO smoking. This is an amazing home with lots of charm. We ask that you enjoy it and treat it gently, so that others can enjoy it after you.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a ($250 fine min.)
- Absolutely NO parties. ($250 fine min.)
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.

The house was perfect for our Harry Potter loving bride and our witchy coven theme! Thank you so much :) Location was close to everywhere we needed to go!

We chose this location, even though a bit more expensive than others because of the character of the house. Our kids enjoy Harry Potter and had a good time seeing all the interesting touches they had put into the home. Neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Note the beds were very firm.
