Appleton is one of the few Midwest downtowns left that continue to thrive and grow. With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center and the best farmers market north of Madison, THIS is where you want to be. Not to mention an awesome night life downtown scene!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are abundant and ready to take you wherever you want to go. There is also a city bus station a few blocks away. The downtown area is VERY safe and you can easily walk anywhere down here at any time of day or night.
Other Things to Note:
This is a private condo in a residential building. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours.
One dedicated parking space is included with your stay. If you bring an additional vehicle, please use legal public parking and follow all posted signs and restrictions.
Street parking in Appleton is generally not permitted between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. without overnight parking permission.
The home uses self check-in. Your unique entry code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo.
Interaction with Guests:
We will give you your space and let you enjoy OUR space uninterrupted. If you have any questions or needs, we're just a text or phone call away. I work in town and have a second house just down the street so I can usually stop over within a few minutes in the unlikely event any issues would arise.
