About this apartment rental
Contemporary style and recently renovated apartment centrally located in Malaga, prestigious Soho area. Complete with 3 bright bedrooms with quality hotel beds to rest after a day of activities. 2 bathrooms with showers. Fluid living space between the kitchen, dining room and living room, sofa bed. The building has an elevator. Within walking distance to main sights, beaches, art walks, restaurants, trendy cafes, entertainment and Calle Larios shopping street. Lovely and safe.
The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom with a 160X200 bed. 1 medium-size bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a in-suit bathroom. 1 medium-size bedroom with 2 beds 90X200 each bed. There is an elevator in the building.
Total space: 120 square metres.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large fridge. Dishwasher is also available with few detergent tablets for your use. Keurig coffee machine with few capsules and tea for your first morning, water boiler, microwave/oven and mixing tools. There is also a stove for cooking and pots and pans.
Request ahead of time: Baby travel cot with sheets and comforter. Highchair, baby feeding chair with tray is available at no extra cost.
Two bathrooms with showers, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer for your use.
The washing machine is available to guests plus few detergent pods. There is a rack to hang your laundry. There is also an ironing machine.
There is a smart TV that you can set with your show streaming service account such as Disney, HBO etc.
Netflix is connected to watch on the TV, choose Malaga profile. There are also Spanish news channels.
4-minute walk to Calle Larios shopping street.
4-minute walk from C1 line of the Cercanias, commuter train, Malaga Centro Alameda station, which serves both Malaga Maria Zambrano train station and Malaga international airport.
Malaga Centro Alameda is one end of the commuter train, with its partner end in the southwest called Fuengirola.
12-minute walk from Maria Zambrano train station (Main central station).
14-minute walk to La Malagueta and Huelin beaches.
