Welcome to your dream getaway on Florida’s Nature Coast — a stunning, custom-designed island home just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Pine Island, Weeki Wachee (Hernando County), this spacious 3-level stilt home blends coastal elegance with the warmth of a true beach escape.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful cherry wood floors, elegant oak furnishings, and an inviting open-concept layout filled with natural light and breathtaking views. With over 3,600 square feet under roof, this home was built for comfort, entertaining, and relaxation.
The enormous master suite is a private oasis with his-and-hers full bathrooms, a large walk-in closet, cozy sitting/TV area, and French doors that open to a wraparound deck — where you’ll experience some of the most stunning sunsets Florida has to offer. Two additional bedrooms provide beautiful island views, including one with its own private balcony overlooking the water.
On the main level, enjoy gathering in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, Corian countertops, and a central island perfect for preparing meals together. Unwind in the living area with a full wall of custom bookcases, play a few rounds of pool on the brand-new table, or mix a drink at the Pulaski marble bar with a unique Mexican-tiled wet sink.

Pine Island waters are shallow and perfect for families, with deeper swimming areas available at the nearby public park. This is a multi-level home with several stairs, so please plan accordingly.

The house is very good and great at all levels. well-equipped and maintained. The location is not that great. Driving 10 hours from Knoxville TN, assuming that we have a good beach. But the beach was very unpleasant. very shallow water and you do not even get the open beach wend or sound that you would expect for that close to water location. It could be good for young kids but definitely not a typical Tampa beach. The house is very nice though.
