About this house rental
Any vacation time should be special, and that certainly should include your nightly accommodations. Experience the special beauty and calmness of Florida living in this beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home, with comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking accessories, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, a George Foreman grill, a crock pot, and a large built-in microwave. There are 3 large flat screen TVs (ROKU included), a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and DVD players.
Relax sitting on the outdoor screened-in deck overlooking a fabulous water view, or jump in the large, salt water HEATED swimming pool day or night. There is even an outdoor bar (wired for music), bar stools, and a gas grill for your BBQ cooking if desired.
This awesome freshly painted and landscaped home is literally just 5 minutes from the world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The multitude of specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries, along with the scrumptious Greek restaurants (best Greek food this side of Greece), fresh seafood restaurants, and pastry shops, makes a visit to the 'Docks' a must. There are multiple festivals throughout the year in just a five mile radius, including a seafood festival, art festival, and of course, the world celebrated Greek Church Epiphany 'dive for the cross' celebration. The house was great! Much bigger in person than we thought based on the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The basketball hoop and the pool was a hit with the kids!

Beautiful spacious house with a pool. Less than 2 miles away from the Sponge Docks where we enjoyed fabulous Greek food and shopping. After a hot day shopping, into the pool we went to cool off and relax with a cocktail. Not far from beaches where we enjoyed having our toes in the sand and the sunset.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed home with heated pool and all the necessary supplies to enjoy a care-free stay. Short drive to the heart of Tarpon Springs for dining, shopping, dolphin/sunset cruise. Host was very responsive to all our questions prior to our stay and we had no issues to worry about during our stay.

Overall , excellent for our needs. There are a few small things that could use updating or cleaning. The washing machine and dishwasher could use a more through cleaning .The fridge specifically needs to be repaired. It leaked a few times but was still functional . The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. For example the old coffeemaker was terribly stained and he brought over a new keruig kpod coffeemaker. We needed to use the garage to store our bikes and golf clubs, and although it isn’t mentioned in the listing. Neal allowed us to use half of the garage for that purpose. The pool was wonderful and used every day! If the mattresses were updated and perhaps switch to a king size bed in master bedroom , I would have given it a five star rating. A four BR /3 bath with pool is hard to beat though for a family of 6. Thanks Neal for a wonderful place in the Tarpon Springs area!
