Visit Savvy's Place, - A Large Executive Vacation Home with Private Pool

This 3,800 sq. ft. executive home is enjoyable inside and out offering 4 private bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and an extra large upstairs Bonus Room with sleeper sofa.

Our guests will also enjoy the private fenced yard with screened, heated, fresh water pool, shaded and un-shaded patio areas, gas grill, charcoal grill and outdoor bar area.

Inside there is an open, and fully outfitted, kitchen with breakfast bar, family room, 8 person dining area and, of course, the Bonus Room upstairs. The kitchen will provide you with everything you need to make almost any meal, from pots, pans and bakeware to a full selection of spices. There is always a small supply of trash bags, dish soap and sponges under the sink. We just ask that if you use the last of it, you leave a small replacement.

The family room and bonus room have 70” HD Smart Tv’s with Silver cable package, HBO & Showtime. Each bedroom has 42” HD Smart Tv and there is high speed wifi accessible inside and out.

We are located in a quiet, family, neighborhood ½ mile from the famous biking trail - Pinellas Trail. Use the 2 beach cruiser bikes provided or you can rent from multiple bike rental agencies close to the home.

Sunset Beach is less than 3 miles away and Howard Park & Beach is about 4.

The world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks is only 2 miles straight north providing an array of activities. Here you can book dolphin watching excursions, deep sea fishing charters or boat tours to watch sponge divers pull up live sponges. The street is full of shops, including ice cream and pastries, sponges, specialty soaps, wine, spices and oils. You will also find authentic Greek restaurants and other eateries offering “fresh from the sea” seafood, burgers, sandwiches and salads. If just having a cold drink is on your list, there are a number of water front taverns to choose from.

Downtown Tarpon Springs, in between the house and the Docks and has more shopping and restaurants to choose from including a handful of antique and consignment stores with ever-changing inventory.

If golf is your thing, the Tarpon Springs Golf Course is about a mile away and does not require membership to play. Innisbrook Golf Resort is also within 1.5 miles.

There are also 2 scuba shops in town with more in Hudson to the north and Clearwater to the south. If you need more info on diving just ask. We've gotten addicted and can point you in the right direction.

Emergency medical care is within a mile and Winn Dixie (grocery) is only a few minutes further north.

Clearwater Beach, rated one of the top beached in the world is only a short 30 minute drive away. There you can find with parasailing, jet ski rental, high speed boat tours, dolphin encounters.

Busch Gardens Theme Park is only a 45 minutes away and Disney are about a 90 minute drive.

Upon arrival, you will find a binder with brochures, menus and other suggestions of places to go and things to do. You will also be provided with a “starter basket” with an initial inventory of laundry soap, paper products, coffee and garbage bags. Additional and future items will need to be provided by the guest.

Front door access is via electronic keypad and you will be given a guest code for the whole house security system. You will also have use of 2 bays in the garage and a remote control for use during your stay.

We live out of the area, but have a maintenance service available as needed. This group can also provide house cleaning, laundry service, grocery shopping and airport shuttle service paid by you directly to the Concierge as used. Landscaping and pool cleaning are conducted weekly and included in the rental rate.

Because of the neighborhood and location of the home, 45 days is currently the minimum available contract. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets.
