FABULOUS home in Tarpon Springs. Beautiful 2 story 4 bedroom and 3 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac. 2,266 square feet of living space with a beautiful fire place! Master suite is extra large with a balcony, large Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. High ceilings throughout home. Large kitchen/separate dining area. Bedroom and work area on first floor. Upstairs is master bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and 2nd bathroom. Five minutes from Sunset Beach, Howard Park and the world famous sponge docks!

Nine of us stayed here for a local wedding. Location couldn't better! Short drive to sunset beach, Howard park, and the sponge docks. A highlight for us was that it was within walking distance of Rodie's restaurant (excellent breakfast.)
The house was great with plenty of room, we never felt crowded. Master bedroom has a balcony. Quiet neighborhood.
Plenty of seating in the family room and dining room. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Bonus-plenty of essentials like trashbags, aluminum foil, spices, etc.
Back yard was perfect for us! Wood decking with two tables and plenty of chairs for our large group. The string lights were really nice after dark. The entire yard is covered in artificial turf which was great.
Checking in and out was easy. Fast communication with the owners. We really enjoyed this house. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children and found the home to be very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and even provided 9x13 pans for the kitchen that we had inquired about prior to arrival. The beds were great.
I rated the accuracy of the listing as 4 stars because some things in the home have changed/improved since the photos were taken, and newer photos would be more accurate, but there was nothing misleading about the photos.
We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Exceeded our expectations, as this property had more than enough room and amenities for our family. Beds were extremely comfortable, and enough bathrooms to accommodate our needs. The back yard was excellent for relaxing during the day and evening. If you have little ones, there is plenty of items in the house and yard to keep the happy with activity. It was very accessible to all the spots we needed to get to and enjoy during our stay.
I would recommend this property. It was a very pleasurable stay, and would come back again.
