Everything was very nice except the electronic keypad didn’t work. I would suggest that any property managers change batteries on a regular basis. It was a pretty big inconvenience for us as members of our group were coming and going at different times.

This pretty mountain condo is close to the slopes and the housekeepers were kind to retrieve an item we left behind in the unit when we departed.

Very nice, clean condo, walking distance to lifts although it is the last condo up the street at Sierra Del Sol. Parking pass was not in condo when we got there but after I called, Vacasa resolved this the following morning. Top floor has two large windows which have no curtains or any way to have privacy or shield from daylight. We stayed 3 nights/2days. Water went out early afternoon on our second day. Gone. Didn’t come back till middle of the night just before we had to get up and drive 3 hours to airport. Imagine not being able to take a shower after a day of skiing, properly cook dinner (restaurants closed) and prepare for a hole day of travel back to the east coast. It was awful, disgusting and stressful. This was a whole village water situation not Vacasa’s fault. The problem is that this is an ongoing situation where just that week they had major water issues and local Vacasa never warned guests so they can make decisions and prepare. Frankly, at $850.00/night total cost this isn’t acceptable.
