Nice location. Kitchen fully loaded. Checkin was easy and smooth. The only issue we had was the hot water heater had some issue that repairmen tried to fix — long delay for heated water. That seemed to have been fixed however, they left knowing there was loud noises any time we used the water. I tried unsuccessfully to get assistance through the mgmt team.

This house is right across a parking lot from the Bavarian and Lift 4. Also close to the trail head for several nice hikes. The house is roomy with nice furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. We were able to cook everything we planned and had all the needed cookware/utensils and nice appliances etc. Nice beds and bathrooms. Overall it's great for a summer stay.
The road up is a little crazy, so please research requirements for winter. This location would be amazing for skiing but make sure you know where you are booking. Other reviews mentioned the locks but we didn't have a problem with that.

First things first — this is a great property. Our party was two couples but this place would work great for a larger family or two families with young children. You’re about a 12 minute drive away from base but conveniently located near the Bavarian and lift 4, which made for super easy ski days. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and I wish the property team would update the listing with the full list of appliances (eg there’s a crockpot already there!) The bad: the front door doesn’t lock. We communicated this to the local Vacasa management team every day for four days and they said they’d “talk to the local team” but no one followed up, and no one came. We were not comfortable leaving the house unsecured with our belongings inside. Because of that, I don’t know that I’d book this place until they fix the lock, and even then, the lack of follow-through from the management team would give me pause the next time I considered booking via Vacasa.
