This villa was perfect for our 4 couples. The villas was very comfortable and conveniently located to visit the hill towns and also the beach towns. The care taker was very helpful and charming.

Nice housekeepers. Very clean rooms and kitchen. Every morning swimming pool and jacuzzi are cleaned. Nice extra' s like bikes, tennistable, winemaker at 100 meter,...rovinje is a great city nearby. Great wind in the evening. Very quiet. We really enjoined our stay. Istrie is so great - we've tried some great restaurants in neigbourhood. See you next time!

Stayed here with family of 7 and villa had plenty of space for us all.
Ideal base for visiting the beautiful areas of Istria.
Kids loved the table tennis and swimming pool.
Hot tub was great for relaxing at end of day.
Vedren and his son Antonio who look after the property were always quick to respond and were very friendly.
Bikes were great and there's lovely cycle routes.
Looking forward to returning again to enjoy Istria.
