Beautiful and spacious Villa Salambati with pool and garden is located in a small same-named village called Salambati, near Kanfanar. This villa combines modern luxury with traditional elements and details of this area. It can accommodate up to eight persons.
Villa Salambati consists of three bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms with a washing machine and a shower or a bathtub, a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area, a comfortable and spacious living room with a TV, and a gym with a foosball table. The couch in the living room can be used as additional double bed. From the ground floor you can exit to the roofed terrace with a seating area and a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill on wood. Die Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung, es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem modernen, top ausgestattetem Haus mit großem Pool.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig! In dem klrinen Dorv gibt es nur ein paar Häuser. Aber auch ein Supermarkt Butiga Ultra 106 mit Bäcker und Metzger ist in 2.5km Entfernung. Nächste Restaurant in 4km Entfernung. Bis Rovinji sind es ca. 20km -> schöne Altstadt mit romantischen kleinen Gassen. Hier ist auch der nächste Strand z.B. Borik. Geeignet für Familien, zum Schnorcheln, aber auch Ruhesuchende kommen auf Ihre Kosten, wenn sie ein paar Meter weiter gehen...
Das Haus selbst ist recht neu mit modernen großen Bädern mit Regenduschen und toller Küche. Klimaanlagen sogar im Flur und in der Küche. Top sauber alles. Grosszügiger Essbereich draussen mit Aussenküche und Grill. Der Pool ist riesig und mit Salzwasser befüllt. Das merkt man jedoch kaum und ist besser für die Haut. Pool hat Whirlfunktion. Der Eigentümer ist auch sehr nett und gastfreundlich, ohne dabei zu stören. Er hat uns mehrfach überrascht durch seine Gastfreundlichkeit! Auch eine kleine Reklamation hat er sofort behoben und auch immer einen Corona Mindestabstand eingehalten.
