Quiet and luxurious!

We've enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need. The kids loved the swimmingpool and pool biljart. There are lots of nice places, venues and beaches to visit. Also wineries and truffle restaurants for us adults or the aquapark Istralandia for the kids.Host Karlo makes sure everything is perfect. He has good suggestions for restaurants and venues. The house was really amazing, it is super spacious, the pool, the BBQ Grill, the garden, trampoline, a dedicated kids room, big table inside as well as outside, big living room, 4 bedrooms with each a bath attached, everything with air-condition. The owner is super nice, we have been welcomed with a fridge full of fruits and veggies from the owners father in law, he even came over to say hi and bring more fruits. Communication was amazing via WhatsApp, whenever we were asking for beach, etc recommendation, the answer was super quick. When we left the owners wife came by surprising us with a farewell honey and fruits. It was really incredible. The location was good, a really quite small village without any fuzz, beaches and bigger city (Pula) are like 30 - 60 min by car. A small supermarket is in the village a bigger one you can reach by car within 10 min. We were there with three cars (six adults, three kids) and we had a mix of beach days, city days and just staying at the house enjoying cooking, grill and the pool - therefore the house was really perfect, as the kids never got bored and for the adults, there is more than enough space to have a rest or afternoon nap at a hidden spot. One last thing to mention (as this is usually not the case - and sometimes annoying), when we arrived the house was already equipped with additional toilets paper, snacks, dishwasher taps, diswahser soap, etc. It might sounds small, but when you arrive after a 10h drive, you will appreciat

The billiard room was a lot of fun!!!

First of all love the location. On the outskirts of a small town that is open and lovely with the only neighbor being the owner Karlo's parents in law that bring you fresh fruits and vegetables every day if you desire. The home was meticulously clean, and very well spaced to allow relaxation for our entire family. Each room has its own bathroom, and two of them have a lovely balcony for morning coffee breaks. The family game room was a big hit for nightly pool and dart tournaments, and the pool was utilized daily. Very modern appliances, and a well stocked kitchen with utensils. Bravo to Karlo and his lovely family for providing a marvelous value for an outstanding family holiday in Croatia.
