About this house rental
Lovely 3-plan townhouse with panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea located in Mijas Costa, only a 25 min drive from Malaga airport.
This townhouse is very spacious inside as well as outside, and there are several corners where you will be able to relax and enjoy the perfect holidays with your family.
Once you enter in this lovely home, you will find a small reception space that leads to the great living room. In this exclusive living room, you will enjoy a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, and two comfortable sofas where you and your family can watch tv. From the living room you can access the terrace which is furnished with 2 sofas and an outdoor table. Following his terrace you will access the private swimming pool, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunny days of Malaga. There are 3 outdoor chairs and 6 sun loungers available.
Back at the property, the separated kitchen is located at the entrance, and it is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a family holidays like dishwasher, laundry machine, oven, microwave…
The sleeping areas are divided between the top floor and the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Exclusive access to the top balcony. Located on the top floor.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Located on the top floor.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, drawers, and air conditioning. Located on the top floor.
Bedroom 4: 2 Double beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Located on the grownd floor, with direct access to the pool area.
There is WIFI throughout the entire townhouse.
Within the urbanización there is also a community swimming pool and here you will also find sunbeds.
The area is being used by a lot of golfers as there are several different golf courses within short distances. The closest is La Siesta Golf which is only 1 km away.
A fantastic villa with a good location in a quiet, peaceful and residential area and located close to attractions and good holiday experiences.
