The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin unit
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 60 m² garden, private and fully enclosed
The flat is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private parking space or in the free car park opposite.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen 20 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 21 km (about 30 minutes by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The chimney is not functional
