We have stayed in the area of Edgewater and N.S.Bfor years, and have always had a great time This was no exception This property was just what we needed, clean, great neighborhood, close to everything and a really nice park on the inner coastal. Perhaps the most important was a wonderful host. Jake is a great Host, cares about his guests, his property and is true to his word. We thank you Jake for the perfect stay. We will be back

We were working at a nearby project in New Smyrna. It was wonderful to come back after a long day’s work and relax Very comfortable home and suited our needs perfectly.

In town for grandson’s graduation. House was very neat & clean. Also, very convenient to my sons home and the charter school my grandson graduated from. Will stay again.

This was an awesome place to stay! The host was very responsive, it is in a great location and the house is very clean and spacious. Went with family for a fishing trip and had a blast. The kayaks were also a huge bonus as it’s so close to the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again!
