The Space
A one-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to lake & Mountain View.
Bedrooms: One bedroom, with lake & Mountain View.
Bathrooms: One bathroom. Shower and bathtub combined.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace and, Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, smart microwave, toaster.
Balcony: Private with two chairs and a table.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

The Jade Apartments (Pounamu complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
The Pounamu Complex hosts a private spa available for our guests to use. Please speak with the on-site reception or call ahead to book this directly.
Our team at Hello Queenstown cannot book the spa in on behalf of our guests.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Temperature control was problematic. Quite warm. Also, be aware this isn't a true one bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the main room by shutters so if you had one other person (like I did with my son sleeping on the couch) it's not very private. That said it was modern and clean with a great view and close to town which pushed it up to four stars. The staff was friendly and efficient.
