Stunning apartment / house in a great location with the most amazing views!

The view from the property is literally breathtaking - even better than the photos! Kitchen was very well-equipped. We have small kids so cooked a lot of meals easily. We also loved the fireplace - it was nice and cosy after a day of skiing or exploring Queenstown. There was an issue with heating while we were there which meant it was quite cold when the fireplace wasn’t lit, especially downstairs, but the property managers were quick to drop off some new temporary heaters which we really appreciated!

It’s a bit of a walk uphill from town, especially with little kids, so we drove a lot and parking is a bit difficult sometimes. However, if we weren’t so high up we wouldn’t have had such an amazing view, so it was definitely worth it!

The location is great the view of the lake and snow capped mountains is breathtaking. Close to town, 5 minute drive.

The beds so soft and worn you roll into each other making sleeping difficult. The balcony off the primary room cannot be accessed, the table and chairs has been moved to the lounge room. The loud creaky floors are in all parts of the main floor making it awkward to walk on when especially when people are trying to sleep, guilt with every step that does turn into frustration. The carpets could do with a thorough clean or a re-carpet, there are stains throughout. There was a hole in the ceiling in the entry from urgent work that required completing. We actually left a day earlier paying for an extra night at our next accommodation, we were genuinely uncomfortable.
