This beautiful studio apartment with one full bathroom offers luxurious Queenstown living, blending modern style with stunning natural beauty. In a peaceful location within the Pounamu Complex it offers all that you'll need for a relaxing getaway. Please note there is no lake or mountain view from this studio apartment.
The Space
A studio apartment on a single level, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to garden View/ footpath.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with garden View/ footpath.
Bathrooms: One bathroom. Shower and bathtub combined.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV, underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, toaster, home & co kettle, minibar fridge.

1 King bed
Bed configuration:
1 King bed or 2 Single beds
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

The Jade Apartments (Pounamu Complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.

Stairs: : External stairs only
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.
The Pounamu Complex hosts a private spa available for our guests to use. Please speak with the on-site reception or call ahead to book this directly.
Our team at Hello Queenstown cannot book the spa in on behalf of our guests.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
