Location lovely
Small room and probably needed another comfortable No tv although that’s something I didn’t check on

Very nice place, coffee, tea, milk, snacks, and more made us feel welcome. The kitchen was well stocked, and the instructions posted for the washer/dryer and other things in the apartment were very helpful. Best thing of all though, was the view! I just can't get over how beautiful it was. We were just coming off the Routeburn Track, and we spent the evening on the balcony and inside just admiring it. It is spectacular!

Owners live upstairs.
It has a washing machine/dryer in one - it won’t release your clothes until it has cooled down - this takes a ridiculous amount of time!
‘Luxury’ is a big stretch and false advertising.
