Property located in the historical area of New Braunfels, blocks from Downtown, Landa Park, Approximately 7 mins to Schlitterbahn, 5.9 miles from Gruene Hall, 35 mins from San Antonio and easily access to I35. Fully furnished, TVs in almost every rooms, Central H/A, W/D, yard and much more.
FYI..there is a functional train track behind privacy fence, is a No Horn Zone.
The space Master Bedroom has king size bed with couch/futon. Futon folds out and can sleep 2. Master bathroom with walk-in shower and bear claw tub and walk-in closet. The Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed with closet.
Full guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Living room has sleeper sofa.
Full size kitchen with Coffee bar.
Complimentary coffee/snacks.
Guest access
Entry to property is via combination lock.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING inside house.
Please! If you smoke outside please dispose cigarette butts in trash bin NOT in yard.
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO LOUD MUSIC, quiet time after 10pm, please be mindful of neighbors .. Thank you.

We came to New Braunfels for my daughters graduation, wanted some place close between her school and her place. This was a perfect little places, very relaxing, claming atmosphere, lots of rooms for people, all the amenities were close by, everything was amazing. The host Yolanda was an absolute pleasure to work with and talk to. She will be my first to book with when we go back.

The house is adorable and redone wonderfully. Beds were comfy. Our only issue is a train runs right behind it and is extremely loud. And it runs a lot. A white noise machine could help. And there is a window in the master with no covering so when the train comes at night it shines through that window as well. We also requested an extra night if available and never received info on how to pay. The owner lives next door and showed up at 9pm demanding payment. She seemed upset bc we didn’t pay. I was simply waiting for instructions or an invoice, etc. it was kinda odd.

The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, very intimate and cozy. It is centrally located within walking distance of the town square, a coffee shop, and a Mexican restaurant. We had a party of three; each person was able to find a little comfy corner to relax and decompress. The owner lives next door and was friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. We would book this cottage again next time we visit NB.
