About this house rental
Our home is positioned right outside of Austin in beautiful Round Rock. We are close to everything including shopping, and entertainment such as H-E-B, Round Rock Outlet, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resort. What makes our home so inviting is the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and quick access to all the major highways. Our home caters to all types of guest; couples, business travelers, families with children or friends just wanting a place a short drive from the city.
Our four-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience for just about any guests looking to visit Austin. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to do as much or as little cooking as needed during your stay. The backyard is equipped with a grill if you choose to engage in your own style of Texas barbecue. Our spacious living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie or just sit and chat. Then at the end of the night crawl into one of the many comfortable beds and enjoy a good night’s rest before the next day’s adventures.
Our guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding areas which include a community pool, walking trails, playground and basketball court. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.
There is also additional parking available in addition to the two-car garage.
We can be reached at anytime via phone, text or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.
We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Neatly maintained, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. We did not struggle at all. Heart of the city. Peaceful neighborhood. The house has all the facilities. Felt like staying at our own home. I would recommend the property to anyone who is visiting the area.

We had an amazing experience here. It truly felt like it was home away from home. We felt very welcome and it was close by everything. The neighborhood was very calm and respectful. Bonnie was an even better host being able to contact her if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here
