About this villa rental
The beautifully landscaped Dar Okapi is located in the middle of the medina (= historic old town). The riad is built over four floors around an inner courtyard. The house has a living room with fireplace, followed by a dining room, three bedrooms for a maximum of six people, a large bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet; Kitchen and various sun terraces. In the house there is TV, internet access, telephone (to answer calls). Fatima comes every day to clean the house. It is possible to have meals prepared by her (- which would have to be negotiated with Fatima). Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
It is a three-minute walk to the beach. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

We had a nice stay at this riad and would rate it 4.5 stars. It had a lot of space spread over 4+ floors and nice character. It could use a little sprucing up (some painting, new outdoor cushions).
Pros
-big, lots of space
-good central medina location
-kitchen is well stocked
-wifi was functional
-excellent response from host (hot water heater broke and they replaced it right away)
Cons
-could use some extra love (outdoor cushions are worn and stained)
-top terrace has potential, but needs some upkeep
-some sewer smells (typical for riads)
-alley was not very clean (not the host's fault)
