Very comfortable self-catering studio apartment on the top floor, simply furnished, with its own private terrace looking down on the city walls and the 18th century cannons. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in tge bathroom, equipped kitchen for fixing your own breakfast, and a small dining table with an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean. Great central location, yet oeaceful. The host has his art shop on the ground floor, and he was very helpful in organizing transport to the airport. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. I would love to stay here again!

Beware of the gready seagulls if you're planning to eat on the terrace. :) The view from the top apartment is fabulous, and you will get your exercise climbing the 71 steps to the top. If that sounds too much, choose one of the rooms on the lower floors.

Warmly welcomed by my host. He has an art shop on the street and some of his terrific pieces adorn the flat, room had stunning views of the sea, being practically on top of the old town walls, felt so close to the sea. Fantastic to watch the sun go down over the horizon while sitting at the table 👏 Overall, a wonderful town to visit, explore and all the time there’s the sound of the sea

Perfect place. Amazing view!

Excellent location. Very friendly owner who did his best to be helpful. Lovely (shared) terrace with beautiful sunset sea views over fortress walls. Two rooms had no windows. Bathroom was weird shape and we kept bashing our heads. Main problem was a gas leak that could have been very dangerous and gave us headaches and nausea for two days before it was spotted.
