NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck area.
This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present. Pet screening must be completed for each pet.
Maximum Occupancy: 10
Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years old.
The manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
No uninvited guests without permission
Do not take bath towels to the beach.
