Overall the property was fantastic! Couch and beds were all comfortable. Plenty of places to sit. Fishing and crabbing were good from the pier. Kitchen needed more silverware and definitely a few cutting boards. Fantastic outdoor shower. Lots of room for our group. Wifi worked fantastic & checkin was easy! Thanks for hosting us! We would go back.

Great location with bay views and fishing. 4th room located downstairs was good for teen & young adult.

**The house was very clean when we arrived, and the atmosphere was great. However, the cooking stove did not work properly, if you guys planning to cook I advise you need to bring a campy portable gas stove with you in case you going run in the issue like me. According to the contract, all the stoves upstairs and downstairs should work, but none of them did. Normally, it takes about 2 minutes to cook an egg, but this time it took more than 10 minutes, and the egg wasn’t even hot.The beds were also not comfortable. The listing stated there were 4 beds and 3 restrooms, but the bed downstairs was dirty, and small. In addition, the towels were not clean and had a bad smell.**

Pros- - The location was great- loved being on the canal. - Lots of pots/pans and silverware-the outside was awesome! Best part!Cons--one bunk bedroom was downstairs all alone (listing does not state and this is a kids room) and the door did not lock - they never came to fix this -no sofa bed as listed- 2 full baths; one 1/4 bath (listing shows 3 full bathrooms)- no blankets in house - only sheets and thin coverlet - not enough kitchen towels (only 2) - no hot pads (we bought 2 and left them)- not enough cereal bowls, mugs- the couch butts up against a table that is too tall and people kept hitting their heads. I feel deceived. This house “boasts” 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. No sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom is downstairs all alone, behind the tiki bar, and does NOT lock. This bedroom has bunk beds - geared toward kids but zero safety. Also, and this is important when you refine your search, it has 2 full baths and one 1/4 bath. NOT 3 full baths. Not even close. The non-primary has the most bizarre shower (no curtain) and no toilet paper holder. Towels - limited. Meaning 6 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 6 face towels. There are 2 towels for the kitchen. And NO hot pads. There are NO blankets. It’s a sheet and a hotel coverlet (weird polyester nothing). The outside was amazing. Inside was just not as expected based on the listing. An honest listing is all I ever want, so I’m disappointed.

First of all lets give credit where do. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the Air conditioner worked great. The property over all needs some help. Kitchen is lacking. If you had 9 people there you would have to take turns eating out of a bowl, there were only 4. Basic utensils were missing from the kitchen, most of them were large Bar-B-Que utensils. No knives to cut up anything except a steak knife. And no spices as stated but then again I bring my own. The living room curtains kept falling off because the curtain rod was just 2 peices that kept falling apart. There is no fold out couch either, and none of the lamps work in the living room. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms makes noise when on. The Bar-B-Que pit was dirty and full of ashes we couldnt use it, good thing I brought my Blackstone. The oven/stove downstairs does not work, in fact not even hooked up. And if you thought you were going fishing off the dock there is ABSOLUTLY no lights, light fixture under dock hanging down wires exposed. Its pitch dark down there, once again glad I brought my small flood light. Maintance was called out because the outdoor shower didnt even have a handle on it to work, he fixed that. Oh and they will let you know all the info about check-in 30 min before you arrive at 4pm. We rented this place based off of reviews and pictures. I get it were at a Beach house but simple things need to be fixed to make your stay enjoyable. I over pack and this is why. Owners need to do a walk thru

Overall the house was fine. Falls in to the moto that you get what you pay for. Loved the outdoor space and available fishing off the deck. Water pressure and temp in the showered were AMAZING, beds were comfy. AC works great! Things that I did not love: *one of the bedrooms was not attached to the main house (hard when you have littles and only adults can stay down there) *the outside shower was NOT functional *very little kitchen amenities - no foil, baggies, plastic wrap, low on amount of bowls, silverware etc. just not stocked like other beach VRBO’s we’ve stayed at *saw multiple bugs inside *fridge was never cold *grates on grill were literally falling in the grill (lost a few dogs) It was “fine” but probably wouldn’t rent this one again.

The house was the perfect escape for a couple's retreat, comfortably hosting three couples. It provided ample space for relaxation and socializing while offering stunning, serene views. The guys especially appreciated the downstairs bar area, where they could gather and grill their meals together.
